45th Anniversary
Folio was founded 45 years ago today! From oil-on-canvas and ink-on-board to digital canvas and storyboards, Nick and the team continue to work with the greatest artists to create the most moving images – and today, on its 45th birthday, Folio has never been more animated.
Over the decades, Folio has had the great pleasure of working with artists who have helped define the zeitgeist. From Michael English, Paul Hogarth and George Underwood through Syd Brak, Tony Meeuwissen and Joe Petagno to the pioneers of the digital revolution and today’s motion maestros, these artists have shown us that, although change is constant, talent is permanent.
Engaging with the dynamic cultures that the artists influence and reflect, we’re always on the lookout for the next generation in illustration – and we can’t wait to see what the following 45 years bring. Keep on evolving!
