Sam Kalda is an illustrator and artist based in Saint Paul, Minnesota, who uses digital techniques to produce charming and striking illustrations. His art style is textured with thoughtful compositions and complimentary colour palettes, which has allowed him to create a substantial portfolio of illustrations ranging from editorial features to pattern design and children’s publishing projects.
Having recently earned his MFA at The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, Sam specialises in design and illustration and has often lectured at CUNY Queens College and Minneapolis College Of Art and Design. His talent and dedication to improving his craft have gained him an impressive client list that has allowed him to challenge himself in a variety of areas in the illustration industry.
