Based in France, Swindler & Swindler are a dynamic husband and wife illustration duo who bring a unique aesthetic to their work, creating beautifully crafted illustrations with their traditional black-and-white etching illustration style.
Mr Swindler is credited with the rigour, precision and control of their work, while Mrs Swindler is said to provide a sense of poetry and movement.
The Swindlers together create amazing complementary worlds, providing traditional hand drawings, crafted typography and illustrations with a luxurious traditional feel for clients in a wide range of industries, including publishing, editorial and advertising.
When they aren’t illustrating, they can be found in their garden growing flowers, reading outside in the sun or experimenting with new art mediums!
