Vector illustrators

Vector illustration is usually characterised by flat colours and crisp lines. Unlike raster illustration styles that use pixels, a vector is a mathematical equation showing where a line is in space. Using this system, often in a program like Adobe Illustrator, vector artworks can be enlarged indefinitely without any loss of quality, making them perfect for large scale illustration projects. The file sizes are also a lot smaller than a pixel based illustration would be.
